FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: thermal emf measurement method and a magnetic method are used to assess degree of deterioration of blades of turbo-machines made from nickel alloys. The thermal emf value is used to determine degree of deterioration of the material of the blades caused by diffusion-chemical factors. Magnetic parametres are used to determine deterioration caused by physical and mechanical factors. Measurement devices are adjusted using standard control objects in form of standard blades with known nature and degree of deterioration.
EFFECT: increased information content and reliability of assessing nature and degree of deterioration of material of blades.
