FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to flaw detection. Degradation factor of nickel alloy turbomachine blades is assessed with using the thermo-emf measurement method and the magnetic method. The thermo-emf enables to derive the chemical-diffused degradation factor of blade material. The magnetic parametres indicate the physical-mechanical degradation. And the measurement instruments are calibrated by reference control units that are reference blades of a certain nature and degradation factor.
EFFECT: higher information value and reliability of assessment of the nature and degradation factor of blade material.
