FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed method is used for thermoelectric defectoscopy of turbo machines blades. The essence of the invention is as follows: adjustment of an instrument of thermoelectric defectoscopy is performed for determination of parametres of material by a reference defect-free object of control, which corresponds to controlled blades by its size and material without application of mechanical load; under similar conditions parametres of controlled blade are specified with the instrument of thermoelectric defectoscopy; degree of damage of blade material is accessed by difference of values of parametres obtained from the reference and controlled blades; also additionally parametres of blade material under load are recorded; for this purpose the reference object of control is loaded in the range of elastic stresses, applying to it load P3; the instrument of thermoelectric defectoscopy is adjusted by the reference object of control; further the controlled blade is similarly loaded with load P3 and repeatedly scanned with the measuring device; difference of values of received parametres testifies to changed condition of material of the controlled blade before and after loading.
EFFECT: upgraded self-descriptiveness and accuracy of evaluation of degradation degree of blade material out of nickel alloys considering mechanical loads on blade.
