FIELD: radio engineering.

SUBSTANCE: method for generation of current pulse is intended for application in laboratory-research works, where it is required to create current pulse of rectangular shape. Current pulses of rectangular shape facing each other are generated in load from two generating lines - main and additional ones. Charging of generating lines is carried out from DC supply source directly - for the main one, and via delay line - for additional one. Electric length of additional line is less than the main one, and duration of the main generated current pulse is more than that of the additional one.

EFFECT: expansion of functional resources by means of stepped reduction of amplitude of generated current pulse in required moment of time and for specified time.
