FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: green tea-based composition has following contents: dry green tea - 100 g, ascorbic acid - from 0 to 2 g; dihydroquercetin - from 0.2 to 2 g; zink sulphate - from 0 to 0.2 g; natrium selenite - from 0 to 1.0 mg; potassium iodide - from 0 to 3.0 mg. Tea composition production method provides for put of tea into spherical mixer spinning at 48 rpm. After that water solution of ascorbic acid, dihydroquercetin, natrium selenite, potassium iodide and zink sulphate is added to the mixer with help of spattering or spraying device. Composition preparation time makes from 15 to 20 minutes. Tea composition scalding method is also proposed - it is performed in water at 80-90°C in ceramic container and tea should be drinked during 20 minutes from scalding.

EFFECT: improvement of tea anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, improvement of general health-improving and tonic properties, increased storage time (from 24 to 36 month) and keeping of properties of additives which are added to tea composition, keeping of possibly max quantity of useful substances containing in tea composition during scalding.
