FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of food industry and relates to a specialized food product with a functional orientation. Specialized food product for the maintenance of joints and dermis contains, in wt. %: chondroitin sulfate – 19.3, glucosamine sulfate – 19.3, red wine dry extract – 9.7, L-Ornithine – 9.7, para-aminobenzoic acid – 9.7, calcium ascorbate – 5.8, dry green tea extract – 4.8, food zinc citrate – 4.67, aloe vera dry extract – 2.9, grape seed extract – 2.9, rutin – 2.9, quercetin – 2.9, nicotinamide – 1.93, lipoic acid – 1.45, copper asparaginate – 0.85, bamboo extract – 0.71, pyridoxine hydrochloride – 0.19, thiamine mononitrate – 0.1496, retinol acetate – 0.09, sodium selenite – 0.02, biotin – 0.04, cholecalciferol – 0.0004. Method of obtaining a specialized food product consists in preparing a solution, initially dosing dry wine extract, grape seed extract, then pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine mononitrate, nicotinamide, and then copper aspartic acid, sodium selenite. Prepared solutions separately applied to the pellets. Prepare granulates by co-dosing of glucosamine sulfate, L-ornithine, para-aminobenzoic acid, green tea dry extract and subsequent drying of the granulate. Dust mixtures are then prepared, initially dosing chondroitin sulfate, calcium ascorbate, food zinc citrate, quercetin, rutin, aloe vera dry extract, then lipoic acid, bamboo extract, retinol acetate, cholecalciferol, biotin, sift the powder mixture and form the mixture for tabletting. Installation for applying a film coating is heated to a temperature of 82 °C, pellets are loaded and prepared solution is sprayed, dried, cooled to 23 °C and unloaded.
EFFECT: invention allows to expand the range of specialized products of a functional orientation and to obtain a product that contributes to the prevention of degenerative diseases of the joints, maintaining the tone of epithelial tissues, improving the efficiency of postoperative rehabilitation measures.
