SUBSTANCE: invention claims method of antibody production in plant cell for specific binding of HER2/neu oncoprotein, involving: (a) obtainment of one or more expression vectors guiding synthesis of heavy or light strand in plant cell for antibody or its antigene-binding fragments (dsFv, scFv, scFv-Fc); (b) insertion of given one or more vectors into plant cell; (c) plant cell cultivation in suitable conditions for combined expression of the vectors in cell. Invention discloses plant cell producing antibody for interaction with HER2/neu oncoprotein and transformed by one or more expression vectors guiding synthesis of heavy or light strand of antibody or its antigene-binding fragments (dsFv, scFv, scFv-Fc).
