SUBSTANCE: vector based on genome of potato X virus includes functional in plant cell promoter, 5'- untranslated region of genome of potato X virus, gen of RNA-dependent RNA-polymerase of potato X virus, promoter of subgenome RNA of potato X virus, sequence of 5'- untranslated region of RNA 4 of lucerne mosaic virus, 3'- untranslated region of genome of potato X potato virus and functional in plant cell transcription terminator.

EFFECT: introduction of nucleotide sequence, corresponding to 5'- untranslated region of RNA 4 of lucerne mosaic virus immediately before beginning of gen, which codes target protein, allows to increase target protein production level in 3-4 times by increasing virus RNA translation efficiency.
