FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the recombinant expression nonamplifiable vectors, to the recombinant viral amplifying vectors, which are based on the potato X virus and recombinant viral amplifying vectors based on the cruciferous tobacco mosaic virus that are intended for obtaining of the light and heavy chain of the antibody in the plant cells, which binds the domain of dimerization of the excellular part of the oncoprotein HER2/neu in a specific way. Invention also provides for the method for producing the antibody, which specifically binds the dimerization domain of the excellular portion of the HER2/neu oncoprotein in a plant, the antibody, which specifically binds the dimerization domain of the excellular portion of the HER2/neu oncoprotein, which is obtained by means of the proposed method, and its use as a therapeutic agent for the treatment of HER2/neu-positive breast cancer.
EFFECT: claimed invention allows to obtain the antibody, which specifically binds the dimerization domain of the excellular part of the HER2/neu oncoprotein in the plant most efficiently.
