FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground supports and may be used for retaining small vessels in water basins. The portable anchor contains shank, cross-piece with folded flukes being hinge-installed on the said cross piece. The cross-piece is implemented as a rectangular plate with shank being mounted on it. The angular bars are rigidly installed under the plate and provided with pinion, which is hinge-installed on the shafts. Flukes are mounted on the above mentioned pinions. Pinions are cylindrical near two opposite flukes and conical near the other flukes. All shafts are interconnected by means of conical pairs having intermediate conical pinions installed on the shafts with cylindrical pinions. Besides deployment angle restrictor of flukes made up from bolt screwed to the bar of cross piece, enters the dead-end hole by its free end. The dead-end hole is made in the body of intermediate conical pinion.
