FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground supports and may be used for retaining small vessels in water basins. The portable anchor contains shank, cross-piece with folded flukes being hinge-installed on the said cross piece. The cross piece is represented as a "П"-shaped support arm having flukes rigidly fixed in the lower part. The cylindrical rod with rim is installed in the open-end hole made in the centre of cross-piece. There is a threaded hole made along the central axis of cylindrical rod. The other free end is provided with threaded connection. The cylindrical rod is connected with the second pair of flukes by means of the threaded connection. The above mentioned pair of flukes is mounted so that their position can be changed in horizontal plane. The guiding ring is hinge-installed in the upper part of the support arm. The cylindrical rod with rim in the middle is available in the said guiding ring. One free end of the cylindrical rod is threaded, while the other is rigidly fixed with the shank, thus its position in space can be changed.
