SUBSTANCE: multi-layer injection device, after the repair fluid substance has been installed in the structure in situ, consists of the first layer, at that, the first layer is permeable to the repair fluid substance, but at least almost impermeable to the structural building material located near the first layer in order to form the above structure. The second layer is impermeable and has an inner side and an outer side; at that, the second layer of the inner side faces the first layer. At least one tube is made with the possibility of passing through the above structure and is connected to the first layer. Multi-layer device also contains the repair fluid substance source in order to inject repair fluid substance to the first layer. There described is the version of multi-layer injection device. There described is the repair substance injection method. There described is the method of supplying the penetrating fluid substance.
