FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: surface of a graphite target is treated with a beam of pulsed laser radiation with pulse duration of the order of 10-13 s, moving on the surface of the target at a speed which provides 75% overlapping of the spots of the effect of the laser pulses.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain graphene structures of different shapes and sizes while ensuring high efficiency and environmental friendliness of the production process.
