FIELD: chemistry; biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to physiology and biochemistry of plants and is a method of separating cell nuclei from wheat anthers. The method involves preservation of isolated anthers at temperature of minus 25°C in the presence of 80-90% glycerin, homogenisation by crushing in a jasper mortar in a homogenisation medium, filtration, high-speed centrifugation, cleaning in glycerin density gradient of 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 wt/vol and removal of cell envelope using 1% triton X-100.
EFFECT: invention increases output of cleaned cell nuclei from reproductive organs and cells of plants with preservation of their nativeness.
