SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metallurgy, in particular to the methods for producing articles from high-strength, deformable nickel alloys, and can find its application in the aviation industry, as well as in power engineering as the method of obtaining the disc blanks for the gas turbine engines (GTEs). Method for manufacturing stampings of the gas turbine engine disks from the pressed blanks of high-alloy high-temperature nickel alloys includes annealing of the pressed blanks, preforming of blanks and their final stamping. Before the preforming, the blanks are annealed at the temperature of 5–30 °C above the temperature of complete dissolution of γ'phase for 2–6 hours, followed by cooling at the rate of 20–60 °C/h. Blanks are preformed at the temperature of 10–45 °C below the temperature of complete dissolution of γ'-phase (Tprγ'), after the blanks are preformed, they are annealed in the temperature range from Tprγ' -40 °C up to Tprγ' +20 °C for 3–6 hours, followed by cooling at the rate of 20–60 °C/h. Final stamping is carried out at the temperature 10–45 °C lower than the temperature of complete dissolution of γ'-phase during one or more operations with a single degree of deformation of 25–40 %, and before each stamping, the blank is annealed within the temperature range from Tprγ' -40 °C up to Tprγ' +20 °C for 3–6 hours. Obtained stamping is cooled at the rate of 20–60 °C/h.

EFFECT: stable level of plastic properties and impact strength are obtained after heat treatment.
