FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to manufacturing of detail from steel strip. Method includes application on strip of precoating from aluminium or aluminium alloy, cold deformation of strip with applied coating, if necessary removing of strip excess for receiving of final geometrical shape of component, heating of component for receiving of intermetallic compound on component surface on the basis of interface steel/coating and for austenitising of steel, movement of component into installation, cooling of component inside the installation at a such rate, that structure of steel after cooling would be martensite, or bainitic, or martensite-bainitic. Application of precoating is implemented with receiving of interface between steel strip and precoating without intermetallic phase by means of at least one stage of electric precipitation of aluminium or aluminium alloy, or at least one stage of chemical deposition in the first phase of aluminium or aluminium alloy, or at least one stage of physical deposition in vapor phase of aluminium or aluminium alloy, or by implementation of at least one stage of combined rolling of steel strip and band from aluminium or aluminium alloy, herewith at least one stage of application of precoating can be implemented separately or combined to other stages.
EFFECT: invention provides reduction of tool deterioration during intermediate tooling operations and provides higher effectiveness of final alloying treatment.
