FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed food composition contains insoluble fibers, water and flavouring matter. Insoluble fiber is added to natural fiber contained in flavouring matter as an addition. Besides food composition contains visually distinguishable insoluble particles which can not be felt in consumer's mouth. Mentioned food composition production method is also proposed. Insoluble fibers, water and flavouring matter are mixed to obtain mixture. The mixture is homogenised to produce the composition.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce food composition with good fragrant and flavouring characteristics.
