FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to stapling tools. Fastener cartridge for use with a surgical instrument comprises a cartridge body, a scalpel slot, brackets and a rail guide. Cassette housing comprises a platform. In cassette housing cavities are made in longitudinal rows. Each longitudinal row comprises the most proximal cavity and the most distal cavity, wherein the most proximal cavity is adjacent to the proximal end, and the most distal cavity is adjacent to the distal end. Each cavity has a hole in the platform, and the platform has a perimeter. Groove for scalpel is located between longitudinal rows. Scalpel slot is configured to receive a longitudinally advancing scalpel for tissue cutting. Each bracket is removable in the cavity. Rail guide is located between cavities and perimeter, wherein the rail guide extends between the proximal cavity and the distal cavity itself. Rail guide has continuous surface contacting with tissue. In the second embodiment, the fastener cartridge for use with a surgical instrument comprises a cartridge body. Cartridge body comprises a platform configured to support tissue. Platform comprises an internal longitudinal platform portion, an outer longitudinal platform portion, a first longitudinal row of fastener cavities, a second longitudinal row of fastener cavities, a projection, a side and fasteners. Internal longitudinal section of the platform has the first height. External longitudinal section of platform has the second height, besides, internal longitudinal section of platform is higher than external longitudinal section of platform. First longitudinal row of cavities for fasteners is made in the internal longitudinal section of the platform. Second longitudinal row of cavities for fasteners is made in external longitudinal section of platform. Ledge extends from platform inner lengthwise section and platform outer lengthwise section. Ledge extends beyond the fastener cavities. Side extends from platform outer lengthwise section. Fixing elements are stored with possibility of removal in cavities for fasteners. In the third embodiment, the fastener cartridge for use with the surgical instrument comprises a cartridge body. Cassette housing comprises a platform. Platform comprises a first longitudinal platform portion, a second longitudinal platform portion, a first longitudinal row of fastener cavities, second longitudinal row of cavities for fasteners, first projection, second projection, mutual connection and fasteners. First longitudinal section of platform has first height. Second longitudinal section of platform has second height different from first height. First longitudinal row of cavities for fasteners is made in the first longitudinal section of the platform. Second longitudinal row of cavities for fasteners is made in the second longitudinal section of the platform. First projection extends from platform first lengthwise section. Second protrusion passes from platform second longitudinal section. Mutual connection connects first projection and second projection, besides, mutual connection passes above platform. Fixing elements are stored with possibility of removal in cavities for fasteners. In the fourth embodiment, the fastener cartridge for use with a surgical tissue fastener comprises the above cartridge body, the said scalpel slot, the above brackets and the tissue movement control means to control the tissue movement relative to the platform. Device to control tissue movement to control movement of tissue relative to platform is located sideways relative to cavities, wherein device for controlling movement of tissue has continuous surface, which covers more than one longitudinal length.
