FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, specifically to surgical staplers. Cartridge with fasteners for use with a surgical instrument comprises a cartridge body and a pusher. Cartridge body comprises a platform and at least one recess for the bracket, wherein each recess for the bracket comprises an opening in the platform and forms an inner surface of the recess. Ejector is movable in at least one recess for the bracket and supports a surgical fastener. Each ejector comprises an ejector housing and at least one element extending laterally from the outer surface portion and disposed to displace relative to the recess inner surface. Extractor housing includes an outer surface portion which is opposed to the inner surface of the bracket recess, in which the ejector housing is displaceable. Ejector housing comprises a first extractor section comprising a first proximal extractor section and a first distal extractor section. Portion of the first proximal extractor includes a portion of a first proximal outer surface and another portion of a first proximal outer surface. Portion of the first distal ejector includes a portion of the first distal external surface and another portion of the first distal external surface. At least one element passing in a lateral direction comprises a respective first proximal support post extending laterally from each of the first proximal outer surface sections, and a corresponding first distal support post extending laterally from each of the portions of the first distal external surface. Ejector housing comprises a second extractor section connected to a first expulsion portion. Section of second extractor comprises section of second proximal extractor and section of second distal ejector. Portion of the second proximal extractor includes a portion of a second proximal outer surface and another portion of a second proximal outer surface. Portion of the second distal ejector comprises a portion of a second distal external surface and another portion of a second distal external surface. At least one laterally extending element further comprises a respective second proximal support post extending laterally from each of the second proximal outer surface portions, and a corresponding second distal support post extending laterally from each of the portions of the second distal external surface. Each of the first support posts is arranged with the possibility of movement inside the first groove of the corresponding shape in the inner surface of the recess, and each of second support posts is arranged with the possibility of movement inside the second groove of the corresponding shape in the inner surface of the recess. In a second embodiment, the fastener cartridge for use with the surgical instrument comprises the above cartridge housing, said pusher and at least one element extending inward from the inner surface of the recess to be displaceable within the groove of the corresponding shape in the ejector. Inner surface of the recess comprises a pair of opposite sections of the inner surface of the recess. Each section of the inner surface of the recess includes at least one of elements passing inside, which is arranged with the possibility of movement inside the groove of the corresponding shape in the ejector. Each of inner surfaces of recess includes two of passing inside element, made with possibility of arrangement inside grooves of corresponding shape in housing of ejector.

EFFECT: use of inventions makes it possible to superimpose one or more rows of staples.
