FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry and a method of producing oil extracts of biologically active substances (BAS). The method involves soaking raw material in an aqueous solution of ethanol at 20±5°C and subsequent extraction of fat-soluble bioligically active substances by treating the raw material with oil in the presence of alcohol with simultaneous disintegration of the raw material. The raw material is ground to particle size of not more than 10 mm, ethanol with concentration of at least 90% is used for soaking, with ratio raw material : extractant equal to 1 : 0.1-1, infusion is done for 1 to 3 hours, and the biologically active substance is extracted using oil, with ratio of natural raw material to oil equal to 1 : 5-14. 30 to 250 extractions are made.
EFFECT: invention allows for obtaining oil extracts which contain average polarity substances together with fat-soluble biologically active substances.
