FIELD: measurement technology.
SUBSTANCE: this invention refers to the measures of automatic control of chemical composition and quantity of metallurgical raw materials including the composition of iron-containing materials, and can be used to analyze artificial compositions of bulk commodities. Industrial automatic complex (IAC) contains main functional junctions, the source of X-ray radiation, spectrometer, detecting block and computer engineering elements functioning as automatic formation of mineral percentage (from S to U) in the composition of iron-containing materials on the moving conveyor. Functional elements includes the control block of large parts (exceeding the allowed or given sizes of the ore particles) and to stop the control by the control signal of waste rock, additional switchboard, boards of fixation of instantaneous value of the controlled signal, actuating mechanism to lift and down IAC, new connections of known and new elements, and also slides with the slit to form composition's specimen located between controlled flow of the composition and the source of X-ray radiation.
EFFECT: improvement of the reliability and stabilisation of the accuracy of industrial automatic complex (IAC) during its use in industrial or shop conditions.
