FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to experimental medicine, and can be applied for modeling chronic glomerulonephritis in experiment. For this purpose neurotoxic serum is obtained as a result of previous immunisation of white pedigreeless rats' parents with suspension of renal antigen. After that neurotoxic serum is intraperitoneally introduced to white pedigreeless rat. Introduction is carried out by scheme: double-ply intraperitoneally 1 time per day with interval between immunisations in 24 hours in amount 0.8 ml of neurotoxic serum per 100 grams of animal weight.
EFFECT: method allows simplification of chronic glomerulonephritis modelling, reducing of experiment duration, cheapening of method.
