FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns experimental medicine, and can be used for modelling chronic nephrotoxic glomerulonephritis in experiment. That is ensured by introduction of suspension of nephritic antigen to a pedigreeless white rat. Then it is followed with immunisation of a porpoise with a prepared suspension of nephritic antigen with Freund's complete adjuvant. Nephrotoxic serum is prepared. Then nephrotoxic serum is introduced intraperitoneally to a predigreeless white rat. The introduction is scheduled: 2 dosages intraperitoneally once a day every 24 hours at 100 mcl of nephrotoxic serum per 100 g of the animal's weight.
EFFECT: method enables to simplify modelling chronic nephrotoxic nephritis, to reduce cost price of the technique, to create a reproduced model for chronic nephrotoxic nephritis.
