SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to forensic medicine. In order to determine prescription of brain injuries in case of multiple head trauma presence or absence of granular balls and astrocytic gliosis. A priori probabilities for sign of granular balls and astrocytic gliosis absence are calculated by formula P(t_i)=exp(-0.01413725·(t_i-0.001))-exp(-0.01413725·(t_i+0.001)). A priori probabilities for sign of granular balls presence irrespective of astrocytic gliosis presence are calculated by formula where t_i is prescription of brain injury according to said version; h; P(t_i) - a priori probability of said version of brain injury prescription; x - variable of integration. A posteriori probabilities of each version of brain injury prescription are calculated by formula where i is ordinal number of said version of brain injury prescription; n - number of differentiated versions of brain injury prescription; P_i - a posteriori probability of said version of brain injury prescription.

EFFECT: method increases accuracy and provides possibility of quantitative evaluation of probabilities, different versions of brain injury prescription in case of multiple head trauma.
