SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment. Device contains optic system of observation with illumination devices and image receivers, connected with electronic unit of signal processing and fastened to body lodgement for placement of examined object in such way that its external side with nail faced visual window of optic system of observation. Device also contains not less than two image receivers. Illumination device additionally contains not less than one laser irradiation source. Optic system contains not less than one dichroic mirror with possibility to provide spectral decomposition of examined object image.

EFFECT: invention provides possibility of stable long non-invasive monitoring of parametres of capillary microcirculation and spectral characteristics of blood and adjacent tissues with production of data in real time mode, in modes of single and periodic bloodstream measurements using tests provided by examiner.
