FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for details treatment contains working resonant chamber, installed on one of its walls in its top part, additional chamber, implemented with ability of its cavity connection to the source of compressed air and connected to cavity of working chamber by means of slotted nozzle. At the level of slotted nozzle it is installed plate with ability of reciprocating motion relative to slotted nozzle for regulation of oscillation frequency. On wall of working chamber in top part it is installed the second additional chamber implemented with ability of connection of it to cavity of compressed air source and connected to cavity of resonant chamber by means of additional slotted nozzle at the level of which it is installed additional plate for creation in chamber of acoustic vibrations with ability of reciprocating motion relative to this nozzle for regulation of its oscillation frequency. Cavity of working chamber is separated by partitions for central and two extreme sections, and cavity of each of additional chamber is communicated to cavity of one of extreme sections. Plates are installed lengthwise one of its sides on wall of working chamber and lengthwise the parallel side - on partition of corresponding extreme section formed by wall of working chamber and wall by partition.
EFFECT: increasing of field-performance data of treated details and tools, wear resistance and productivity of treatment process.
