FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: device for details treatment contains working resonant chamber, installed on one of its walls in top part, additional chamber, implemented with ability of connection of its cavity to source of compressed air and connected to cavity of resonant chamber by means of slotted nozzle, and plate, installed in resonant chamber at level of slotted nozzle for creation of acoustic vibrations and implemented with ability of reciprocating action relative to slotted nozzle for correction of oscillation frequency. Plate from the bottom side along the full its length allows parallel reference slots and it is installed on walls of resonant chamber so that edges of parallel walls of resonant chamber are located in reference slots with ability of reciprocating action of plate relative to slotted nozzle for correction of its oscillation frequency.
EFFECT: wear resistance increasing of treated parts and tools ensured by power increasing of oscillatory motions in resonant chamber and efficiency of details treatment process.
