SUBSTANCE: system is suggested for transfer and representation of video data, comprising station (1) of video data transfer control with communication module (2), and also communication network (3), at least with one related communication terminal device (4). Communication terminal device (4) comprises the following components: facility (5) for video image transfer to a specified area of user eye (7) retina (6) surface, and also video display (8), which visually displays received video data for user of communication terminal device (4). Station (1) of video data transfer control comprises video data bank and/or file server (9), where video data are stored in digital form. Facility (5) of video image transfer onto specified area of user eye (7) retina (6) surface is arranged in the form of eye contact lens (10), inlet surface of which is a receiving surface of video display (8), and outlet surface (11) is located directly in front of user eye (7) cornea (12).

EFFECT: increased stability of video image transfer onto specified area of user eye retina surface.
