FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of medicine, namely to the area of surgery (coloproctology). Wound is treated with low-frequency ultrasound through napkin with ozonised physiological solution. Bandaging is done with ozonised olive oil -in the first phase of wound process they use olive oil with peroxide number 8-9%, and in the second phase - with peroxide number of 4-5%.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to execute pathogenetic action at phase of wound process, at the same time action is executed both in phase of inflammation with the purpose of decontamination and eradication of microflora in wound and in phase of wound process reparation with the purpose of angiogenesis stimulation.
