FIELD: jewellery production.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for soldering of jewellery chains from alloys of 14 carat gold, mostly of red and green colours, and alloys of 18 carat gold. Prior to soldering chains are soaked in blocking solution, which contains trichloroethylene or 1-bromine-propane or dichloromethane as dissolvent, and colophony as dissolved substance. Concentration of solution for chains with wire diametre from 0.2 mm to 0.5 mm inclusive makes 20±4 g/l, and for chains with wire diametre from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm - 40±4 g/l. Then chains are dried and treated with adhesive-insulating mixture, which contains the following components, wt %: talc powder - 75, castor oil - 23, Vaseline - 1 and lanoline - 1. Soldering is executed in belt electric resistance furnaces in restorative gas atmosphere, containing mixture H2:N2=3:1.
EFFECT: method provides for simplification and acceleration of technological cycle of soldering and makes it possible to completely reject use of ignoble powders of solder.
