FIELD: railway transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway repair facilities. Proposed device comprises portal frame on drive bogie supporting vertical fixed platform with rotary levers to grip a row of ties. It comprises additional rotary vertical one-tie grippers arranged in cantilever at the frame front. Step conveyor representing, for example power cylinder-driven carriage, is mounted at the frame lower part. Guides support disappearing stops mounted thereon spaced apart to match tie width. The number of stops on every guide is smaller than that of ties in a row by one. Every guide can have one disappearing stop.
EFFECT: reduced time of replacement, higher level of mechanisation.
