FIELD: construction, road engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of railway transport and may be used in assembly of rail lengths with wooden sleepers on production bases of way machine stations or other enterprises for assembly of rail lengths on wooden sleepers with spike fastening. Line for assembly of rail lengths on wooden sleepers includes parallel installed straight and reverse benches for location of materials of assembled lengths on them and their assembly, enveloping tracks for carriages displacement on them, every of which is intended for production of one of operations for assembly of lengths. Line additionally includes the following carriages: for sleepers installation in row from pile; for installation of sleepers according to distribution diagram, track axis and bed on rail length assembly bench; for drilling of openings for spikes in sleepers on rail length assembly bench; for pressing of spikes into sleepers on rail length assembly bench. Along rails of enveloping tracks there are diagram racks installed equipped with supports for interaction with limit switches of every carriage. Drive for every carriage displacement is equipped with instrument for variation of rotation frequency of motor from command of the first downstream limit switch with the purpose of accurate stop from command of second limit switch.

EFFECT: provision of highly efficient assembly of rail lengths on wooden sleepers by means of bench method of assembly.
