FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spectral analysis. To detect noble metals, an analysed sample is converted to a solution in which noble metals are adsorbed onto a sorbent, which is incinerated. The obtained ash is analysed through emission spectrum analysis, where sample buffering is carried out before incinerating the sorbent. The method uses a buffer solution and buffer elements are introduced by injecting and drying portions of the buffer solution in a crucible, in which the sorbent, prepared for burning, is placed on a filter.
EFFECT: simpler, faster analysis and increased accuracy of analysis.
