Method includes definition of live weight of newly born lambs, measurement of chest behind shoulder-blades and skew length of body, afterwards using ratio of these parametres, index of lamb build harmonicity is identified.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to define most desirable type of Karakul sheep for further selection and according match.
