FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in complicated cataract phacoemulsification (FEC) with implantation of flexible intraocular lens (IOL). Two paracenteses are performed at an angle of at least 150° to each other. Midriatik and viscoelastic are inserted. The main corneal incision is made with a length of 2.2-2.75 mm along the axis of the strong meridian. Anterior continuous circular capsulorhexis is performed with the diametre of 4.0-4.3 mm and after the implantation of flexible IOL edges of capsulorhexis are stretched toward the equator of the lens in two meridians through paracenteses made previously.
EFFECT: reduction of operative and postoperative complications due to proper and stable fixation of flexible intraocular lens.
