FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to microbiology and biotechnology. The method involves cultivation of microorganisms on a liquid synthetic medium to 10±2.0 bln/cm3 of microbial bodies, sterilisation at 1.0 atm during 30-40 minutes, detoxification of exo-, endo- and superenterotoxins in microorganism suspension with dissolved formalin, and sterilisation. Herewith, staphylococci and streptococci are grown separately. The toxins are detoxified with two detoxifiers - at first with 0.2% formalin during 7-9 days at 42-45°C, and then 0.6±0.1% ethonium at 42-45°C during 7-9 days. Staphylococcal and streptococcal anatoxin-vaccines are mixed in equal volumes at mixing sorption 1-3 mg/ml of aluminium hydroxide with duplicated concentration of inactivated microorganism toxins by decantation 50±5% of supernatant fluid.
EFFECT: produced anatoxin-vaccine expresses high efficiency; it is harmless and used for prevention and treatment of dermatitis, mastitis, pneumonia, staphylo-streptococcosis in birds and carnivorous.
