FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ferrous metallurgy field, particularly to manufacturing of iron-ore pellets. At bottom of pelletiser it is formed wall accretion, wet charge is fed into pelletiser by two flows, first of which is introduced into flow of heated up to 350°C compressed gas with formation of gas-moisture-charge jet. At the bottom of pelletiser it is formed area, occupied by charge, and area which is free from charge. It is implemented germ-formation by spattering of charge by gas-moisture-charge jet, oriented to wall accretion in area, free from charge, with receiving of dense bed of wet charge, which is divided for germs in the form of wet burdening briquettes. Wall accretion is pured from germs, up- pelletisered germs by charge of the second jet of pellets. Into the first jet of charge it is additionally introduced fluxing additives up to grade of fluxing, equal to 0.8-1.5, forming flux-charge mixture, from which it is formed dense bed of wet charge, moisture of which is held at the level 0.25-0.95 of charge moisture. Additionally density of briquettes is formed not less than 2400 kg/m3. Before final pelletisering of briquettes its surface is moistured by thin-sprayed stream of water with consumption 5-25 kg per tonne of briquettes.
EFFECT: reduction of fuel consumption and moisture of pellets and increasing of its strength.
