FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cargo storage device above an electrolyser for aluminum production by electrolysis. Device comprises supporting means, on which a storage weight is placed above an electrolyser, comprising a housing, covers, a cathode and anode devices located in the housing and closed with covers, and support means made so that supporting means are stably resting on them above electrolyser, in particular above anode devices and covers. Disclosed also electrolyser for aluminum production, electrolysis shop for aluminum production and method of replacement of spent anodes with the help of said cargo storage device in electrolyser for aluminum production.
EFFECT: reduced space for temporary storage of anodes over anode devices and covers and opening time of electrolyser during replacement of anode device.
