FIELD: measuring technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to measuring technology and can be used at control of metrological characteristics of SHF-devices. To meet this object dynamic range of amplitudes of the first test SHF-signal is divided into equal by value dynamic sub-ranges. Complex coefficients of amplification of each of sub-ranges are measured. Further, coefficients are compared by module and phase with ideal values. The amplitude-phase error is determined; the error is normalised for each certified dynamic sub-range of amplitudes. Also sub-ranges are formed by means of including discrete re-set operational amplifiers into each of two channels of a superhet receiver, coefficients of amplification of which are changed by means of switching resistors in their feedback circuits. Certification of dynamic sub-ranges is performed by means of supply of probing signals into them from an additional generator with frequency equal to intermediate frequency of the two-channel superhet receiver. Measurement of levels of probing signals is performed by comparing them in a digital form in an indicator of ratios. Certification is carried out alternately in each of two channels of the superhet receiver.
EFFECT: upgraded accuracy of measurements.
