FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method for making staphylococcal allergen involves cultivation of staphylococci on the synthetic medium containing, g per 1 l of distilled water: citric acid - 8.0, asparagine - 1.0, sodium chloride - 7.0, zinc sulphate - 0.2, magnesium sulphate - 0.4, ferrous sulphate - 0.2, 2-substituted potassium phosphate - 3.0, glycerine - 40 ml. Then the medium reaction is designed to 7.7±0.1 with 5-10% aqua ammonia preceding autoclaving in 2-litre biobottles with the medium volume equal to 1 l, during 10-12 days to 10.0±2.0 bln/ml of a suspension of microorganisms. Further, the culture fluid is sterilised at 1.0 atm. during 30 minutes and separated from the bacterial mass by filtration. The method ensures provides application of soluble allergen-active compounds without trichloracetic acid. The produced preparation is used as a native allergen with protein content 1.0±0.2 mg/ml for intradermal allergic diagnostics of staphylococcus in animals.
EFFECT: improved method for making staphylococcal allergen.
