SUBSTANCE: invention represents the method for making an enzyme, preferentially cellulase or xynalase, decomposing cellulose or xylenes respectively by cultivation of strain of fungus Penicillium verruculosum. Said strain is derived from transformation of a cell of fungus Penicillium verruculosum with a genetic maker containing a target coding enzyme sequence functionally connected with regulatory gene elements of cellobiohydrolase I Penicillium verruculosum which represent a promotor and terminator of a cellobiohydrolase I gene, while an identification peptide herewith depends on the fact what target enzyme is.
EFFECT: invention allows producing high efficient enzymes.
