FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device according to the version 1 comprises two coaxially placed electrodes and a cylindrical interelectrode insulator. The end of the central electrode is deepened relative to the end of the external electrode to form a channel for a plasma flow, at the outlet of which there is a substrate installed. The end of the interelectrode insulator is made as capable of placing an exploded foil on it and is deepened relative to the end of the central electrode to form a coaxial accelerating channel for plasma discharge in products of foil explosion. The device according to the version 2 comprises two electrodes with an insulator between them. Electrodes are made with linear geometry, are placed at the distance from each other and are separated with a flat insulator made as capable of placement of main exploded foil on its surface in the form of a rectangle or a square. Along sides of the main exploded foil there are additionally two strips of foil, and above the exploded foil there is a substrate. Electrodes are connected to flat current conductors.
EFFECT: increased quality of a coating due to quasihomogeneous electric explosion of foil, reduced erosion of electrodes.
