FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: system of diagnostics is formed by means of combination of various systems into a single complex, and these systems provide for diagnostics of electric insulation, wheel-motor sets, automatic braking system, including undercar compressor, electrical control circuits, power and auxiliary electric circuits, electric section current collector. Such system makes it possible to execute diagnostics at test sections in production or repair. System composition includes metre of insulation and wireless terminal. Composition of diagnostic post includes unit of connection with field equipment. Device for diagnostics of current collectors is equipped with outer port for data transfer. Device for vibration diagnostics comprises external unit of vibration measurement equipped with detector of rotation frequency and unit for control of wheel-motor set drive.

EFFECT: improved authenticity and reduction of time required for diagnostics of electric section in multiple-unit rolling stock down to several hours.
