FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for examining compounds with interference using ultrasonic tomography. Essence of the invention consists in the fact that multi-view ultrasonic probing on the circumference of the analysed object in a given cross-section (scanning with pitch of 22°30') packs of ultrasonic pulses sent by the ultrasonic emitter, and the signal transmitted through the object is detected by a piezoacoustic sensor and used to calculate the reflection coefficient of the ultrasonic wave from the area of conjugation of parts in each direction of propagation of the ultrasonic wave and presenting these data in form of circular diagrams corresponding to each probing section, forming flat images of a series of transverse "slices" of object (2D tomograms), after which, based on said data, program recovery of three-dimensional image of stress-strain state of connection parts with interference along the entire interface surface, providing possibility of quantitative assessment of effect of interference spread along interface to connection quality.
EFFECT: technical result is enabling evaluation of local value of interference and characteristics of stress-strain state of parts along entire interface.
