SUBSTANCE: method relates to field of medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics. In case of "fresh" fracture manual reposition of bone fragments of radial bone is performed. Then reposition-distraction apparatus is put on hand and forearm and fixed. On the second day clinical control is carried out. On the 5-th day after reposition roentgenogram of hand joint in 2 projections is made and in case of secondary displacement of fragments distraction in apparatus is carried out, rotation deformation is eliminated, as well as displacement of fragments at angle and in width, with further fixation of extremity in proper position. On the 10-th day roentgenography is repeated, and in case of necessity, reposition of fragments in apparatus. On the 30-th day clinical and roentgenographic control are carried out. In case of "non-fresh" fracture, apparatus is put on forearm and hand and dosed controlled reposition is performed in it with further stabilisation of hand joint in proper position and dynamic monitoring of patient.

EFFECT: recovery of extremity function, fracture union, reduction of post-operation complications, reduction of treatment terms.
