SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of medicine, in particular dentistry, and can be used during implantation. Connection between implant and element, which must be connected with implant, is characterised by the fact that implant is provided with area, preventing rotation, and is placed along longitudinal axis, and element is provided with area preventing rotation. Implant and element can be assembled with each other, and said assembly contains connection between both rotation-preventing areas, providing clearances of said connection, and contact area. Distance from said contact areas to longitudinal axis is larger than distance from said clearances to said longitudinal axis. Group also includes implant and element which must be connected to implant.

EFFECT: said construction of rotation-preventing part allows to obtain better working characteristics in comparison with known rotation-preventing constructions.
