SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and is intended for treatment of mycotic infection of vaginal cavity of woman. Inventions represent emulsions with high content of dispersive phase, which includes effective quantity of active substance, 4.0 wt % or less of propylene glycol, one or some pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, which allow active substance to release in regulated way into area of vaginal cavity. Emulsions have ratio of dispersive phase to continuous, over 70%, after storing at temperature 30°C during at least one month. Inventions also include applicator for emulsion introduction which has extended body with proximal distributing end and distal end for gripping, proximal part of extended body forms reservoir, distal part of extended body forms socket of plunger.

EFFECT: claimed group of inventions allows active substance to release in regulated way into area of vaginal cavity of woman.
