FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to proctology and oncology. An apparatus represents a hollow cylinder with a piston provided in a lumen thereof. At the distal end of the piston rod, there is a tip made of elastic material and being dome-shaped. At the proximal end of the rod, there are restraint and handle. The restraint and handle represent bars and are perpendicular to the rod. The restraint is spaced from the tip base for the length of the cylinder with a dome-shaped part of the tip pushed therefrom in position. The restraint has the length not less than the internal diametre of the cylinder. The handle is distanced at least 8 cm from the restraint.
EFFECT: device allows for atraumatic pull-through of sigmoid intestine through anal canal into small pelvis cavity, for simplified and shorter stage of pull-through of sigmoid intestine in anal canal.
