FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to flexible and rigid resector spray cans, and can be used in treatment of intraluminal endobronchial tumour lesions and endovascular occlusions observed in blood vessels and other hollow tubular organs, such as trachea, larynx, oesophagus, urinary tracts and bile ducts. The resector spray can comprises a resection tip, a resection section, a hardened surface, a catheter section and an end section of an injector. The resection section inflates or blows up in tubular organs and resects a tumour in displacement or dislocation. The hardened surface is provided on an external surface of said resection section to scrape and destruct said tumour tissues. The catheter section provides approach to an intraluminal site. The end section 6 of the injector can inflate said resection section through air or liquid injection.
EFFECT: possibility to eliminate easily any occlusion in coronary vessels by ensuring widening thereof.
