FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medical and rehabilitation equipment, particularly physiotherapeutic devices for spinal extension. A spinal correction system comprises a fracture table that incorporates a body, a couch and control actuators, a stretching device that includes a stretching mechanism, pelvic, head and chest corsets and a vibrator, as well as control and monitoring system. The stretching device represents a self-contained unit fixed on the patient, and consists of a telescopic bar with the stretching mechanism therein with its rigid base accommodating a drive of the stretching mechanism and the pelvic corset, while the chest or head corsets lie on the movable bar. Their fixation assembly makes it possible to adjust their position depending on height of the patient. The vibrator is mounted at the upper end face of the movable bar.
EFFECT: elimination of unauthorised effect on affected spinal regions prior to and after procedure owing to the possibility to position the patient on the fracture table vertically, and also mobility of the stretching device.
